Overview

In a rapidly changing context, supply chain is not only at the heart of a business's strategy but also at the very source of its operational performance. Becoming aware of the entire chain, from customer to supplier, is nowadays essential to developing a real competitive advantage. Buyers are perceived as real internal and external facilitators who develop a proactive approach to include new suppliers and keep them in the long term.

Objectives of the Specialization

  • Develop your leadership as a member of the supply chain or purchasing profession.
  • Gain a holistic view of the supply chain ecosystem.
  • Acquire the tools to develop complex supply networks to create value throughout the chain.
