Overview

In the context of digital transformation, we wish to train open-minded leaders, capable of developing and supporting human performance in companies. This specialization emphasizes the need for the HR profession to develop its leadership in order to support the new strategic and organizational focuses of companies. It is aimed at students who wish to fulfill human resource management functions either as a specialist (with functional HR responsibilities) or a manager in internationalized environments.

Objectives of the Specialization

  • Develop your leadership as a member of the HR profession.
  • Acquire the tools to implement strategic and international human resource management practices.
  • Analyze the impact of the environment (legal systems; risks related to ethical, social, and technological changes; internationalization, etc.) and business issues in the organizational strategy.
  • Use leadership and organizational behavior theories to support organizational change.
  • Propose sustainable levers for human performance.
