The “Journal of Gastronomy and Tourism” has just published an article co-written by a research professor from EM Strasbourg, in collaboration with two professors from Sonoma State University (California).
“Journal of Gastronomy and Tourism” is a multidisciplinary journal that collects contributions from researchers who study the fields of food science and those more particularly in related to travel and tourism.
Coralie Haller (EM Strasbourg), as well as Liz Tach and Janeen Olsen (Sonoma State University), co-authored the paper “Understanding eWinetourism Practices of European and North America Wineries”.
This study presents a definition of eWineTourism (eWT) and a new conceptual model to analyze it. It also presents the results of an exploratory study to understand how wineries in six major wine regions in Europe and North America are using eWT practices to attract and interact with consumers online.
