On October 17, 2024, the Interreg VI Upper Rhine Sustainable Food project was launched at the University of Strasbourg's Institut de Science et d'Ingénierie Supramoléculaires.

This project, financed and supported by the Interreg program, aims to promote sustainable food in the Upper Rhine region of France, Germany and Switzerland. The HuManiS and SAGE research centers are orchestrating this cross-border collaboration in partnership with various partners.

Highlights of the morning:

  • Enriching exchanges between experts, practitioners, and researchers
  • Open debates on tomorrow's food issues, with simultaneous interpretation
  • A breakfast to forge links in a convivial atmosphere

The commitment of all actors made the morning a success!
