Overview

Managers, entrepreneurs, and intrapreneurs evolve in a turbulent, uncertain, and complex environment. Entrepreneurship continues to develop, while competition continues to intensify: the qualities required to develop a business are increasingly varied. The Entrepreneurship & Strategy specialization focuses on two major areas: business start-ups / takeover and the strategic development of an organization. Training is based on the concepts of lean start-up and design thinking, to provide you with the tools you need to make your start-up project a success.

Objectives of the Specialization

  • Gain technical management skills adapted to the needs of SMEs (business creation and takeover, innovation, internationalization, and cooperation).
  • Write, present, implement, and modify a complete business plan for a business creation project with marketing, financial, legal, and strategic elements.
  • Develop your critical analysis through lectures, simulations, and case studies.
