Overview
This specialization is aimed at students looking to fulfill financial roles in companies, financial institutions, or auditing/financial consulting firms. In view of the field’s rapid evolution (legal and regulatory changes and even the digitalization of the role), the teaching team brings together academic experts and experienced professionals. You will therefore develop knowledge and know-how that is as close as possible to the reality in the field.
Objectives of the Specialization

Gain an in-depth knowledge base in corporate finance, financial control, accounting, taxation, treasury management, external and internal auditing, and equity transactions.

Develop your ability to solve corporate finance issues (using real data).

Familiarize yourself with the tools related to your specialization (ERP and business intelligence).

Develop the necessary skills and know-how to take on a financial role in a company, in the banking and insurance sector, or at an external auditing / financial consultancy firm.

Exercise your skills in an international environment (many courses/practical case studies in English).
Strenghts of the Specialization
A refresher at the beginning of the academic year (accounting, financial statement analysis, and strategic analysis tools)
Strong awareness of the function’s digitalization and specific tools (ERP, advanced xls, business intelligence, data)
A combination of face-to-face teaching and digital teaching resources (videos, online quizzes, etc.)
Faculty composed of academic experts (LaRGE Research Center) and experienced professionals (Big Four, Capgemini, lawyers, etc.) who are aware of the latest developments in the field (legal, regulatory, technological, etc.)
Feedback: discussion sessions with professionals in your field, often former students of the specialization
Career opportunities in France and abroad, particularly in Luxembourg where many former students are now working at firms or financial institutions
