The partnership was made official on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, with the joint signatures of Virginie Jung, Grand Est Regional Development Representative, and Babak Mehmanpazir, Dean of EM Strasbourg. The aim? To give new impetus to the existing partnership and encourage exchanges between students, faculty, management and administrative teams, as well as employees of La Poste and EM Strasbourg, within the framework of joint actions in terms of educational projects and professional insertion.
Shared values and visions
This event marks a significant step in strengthening the partnership between two major local players who share many common values: EM Strasbourg, with its public service mission as a university business school, and La Poste, a company with a mission, share an identical vision of social commitment and responsibility for the future of society. In this context, the insertion and support of young people and students are strategic priorities for La Poste. To promote the recruitment, integration, and corporate culture of young people, La Poste and EM Strasbourg are committed to

Fruitful areas of collaboration
La Poste and EM Strasbourg are committed to working together on a number of projects to promote student recruitment, integration, and corporate culture:
- Participation in recruitment and information fairs organized by EM Strasbourg
- Promotion of internship, co-op, and job offers from La Poste to students
- Participation in initiatives to help students enter the job market (challenges, case studies, interview simulation workshops, participation in juries, etc.)
- Participation in themed roundtables/occupational conferences/employability workshops organized by EM Strasbourg to present La Poste's activities and occupations
- Participation in selection boards for various entrance exams
- Skill-building activities for students and promotion of La Poste’s employer brand
- Discovery of La Poste’s postal sites, occupations, and expertise by students and faculty
- Presentation of La Poste's solutions adapted to young people: youth pass, telephone plans, digital safe, crowdfunding, digital identity, driver’s license test, etc.
- Assistance in welcoming foreign students, by providing them with a communication kit and a to-do list upon arrival in France
- Liaison between the School's associations and La Poste to study possible ways of supporting and developing student association projects
The signing ceremony took place in the presence of a large audience, with representatives of EM Strasbourg's management and various heads of branches of La Poste.
