In February 2025, EM Strasbourg obtained AACSB re-accreditation for six years, the maximum period granted by the committee. This prestigious international recognition, awarded to the School since 2015, testifies to the excellence of its educational programs and reinforces its position as a major player in French higher education.

AACSB accreditation, awarded by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business and recognized as the global benchmark for management education, distinguishes institutions that are engaged, innovative, and pursuing a mission with strong societal impact. It validates the School's overall strategy, taking into account the academic qualifications of its faculty, the resources deployed, and the relevance of its pedagogical approach.

In its report, the evaluation committee notably praised EM Strasbourg's strategy for

  • its unique positioning to meet the needs of the Upper Rhine region
  • its diversity and inclusion efforts to offer opportunities to every student, whatever their social background
  • its global approach to CSR

Babak Mehmanpazir, Dean of EM Strasbourg, comments: "In an increasingly competitive environment, AACSB re-accreditation underscores our attractiveness, affirms our unique positioning within an internationally renowned university: the University of Strasbourg, and stimulates the production of high value-added research to support the transformation of organizations in our ecosystem. It also recognizes the in-depth work carried out by EM Strasbourg's teams and stakeholders and testifies to the relevance of our vocation: to educate responsible, agile managers and leaders with a European mindset, ready to tackle organizational challenges through an impact-driven management style."

Triple crowned since 2022, EM Strasbourg is one of only a small number of business schools to hold all three international accreditations—AACSB, EQUIS, and AMBA—which is the case for only 1% of the world's business schools.
